Biography
Stella M. Howard, 79, Rochelle IL, passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 at Rochelle Gardens Care Center surrounded by her family.Stella was born February 5, 1931 in Trumann, AR to the late William and Olive Richardson. She was one of five children. Stella married Jess Howard August 15, 1950 and enjoyed 59 wonderful years together and were blessed with four daughters. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Stella is survived by her loving husband, Jess; their daughters, Patricia (Basil) Mack of Glendale AZ; Deborah (Paul) Fiedler of Warrenville, IL; Pamela (Arthur) Pechan of Glendale, AZ and Teresa (Dennis) Harrington of Rochelle, IL. Eight grandchildren, Kimberly (James) Goodall; Lisa and Devin Mack; Sean (Dara) Pechan; Amber and Colby Blaha and Jessica and Damen Harrington. Three great grandchildren, Taylor Goodall and Miles and Mason Pechan. Brother, William (Shirley) Richardson of St. Charles, MO; Sister, Barbara Osment of Truman, AR and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and brothers, Leon and Donald Richardson.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will be private. A special thank you to Unity Hospice and Rochelle Gardens Care Center for their love and care.
